Synopsis
In an emotional tale of self-discovery, two people discover that sometimes it takes losing everything you have to finally appreciate what truly matters.

Once a famous soccer star, Jose (Eduardo Verastegui) has fallen on hard times and is now a cook in his brother’s Mexican restaurant. Nina (Tammy Blanchard), a struggling waitress, is emotionally closed off from the world. One day, Jose reaches out to her and in doing so, not only confronts his own demons but shows her how the healing power of family can help her embrace the future.
