Does NYILFF offer group sales?
Whether you'd like to plan a corporate hospitality event or if you have a group of 20+ that wants to enjoy the festival together, special rates are available. Please e-mail: boxoffice@nylatinofilm.com, with your complete contact information and the event in which you're interested. Please Note: Discounts are not available for special event screenings.
What does a single ticket get me?
Just a movie.
Can a film get sold out if I have a badge?
We do our best to accommodate all badge buyers by holding seats until 10 minutes before show time. We urge you to arrive early and cannot guarantee seats once the film begins.
Does the NYILFF oversell?
No, we do not. We do make every effort to accommodate everyone. We have instituted a strict ticketing policy to prevent any overages.
What if the film I want to see gets sold out?
Never say "sold out". Even if advance tickets are no longer available, don't give up; just think Stand-By. Approximately 15 minutes prior to a film or panel's scheduled start time, we start admitting those customers standing in the Stand-By line, until the theater is at capacity. The festival screens almost every film twice, so everyone has a chance to see a film. We suggest flexibility when you consider your movie and event schedule. Also, please arrive early.
Do films start on time?
The festival makes every effort to start each film on time. We ask that you please arrive early and please have patience.
Are there any refunds?
There are no refunds or exchanges.
